February 17, 2004 - 7:30 PM - The San Francisco Region (SFR) SCCA Solo2 Steering Committee agreed to implement ST2 in accordance with the "Philadelphia proposal" Rule Set with a PAX of .813 beginning with Event # 2 of the 2004 Championship Season. The San Francisco Region ST2 Class will be run in conjunction BS, CS & ES, Run Group 2 for Championship Event # 2. Competitors should be aware that this is currently implemented as a "SFR Region Only" class and does not adhere to the subsequently announced Official SCCA suplemental STS2 Class. The SFR Solo2 Steering Committee may decide at future meetings to implement the supplemental STS2 in favor of the Region's ST2 Class as rules stabilization, membership participation and the needs of the current enthusiast market are evaluated. |
