The car was running new full tread Toyo Proxies RA-1s, the drag of no top, stiffer springs in the rear and softer in the front than Spec Miatas at the time.    Autocross Competition/ Community Service Also, Jeff's thrown down a challenge that will keep us on our toes as we prepare the Miata for racing.  He'll contribute cash to Team COOPER's fight against Neuroblastoma.  For every race he'll make pro-rated contributions based on his finishing position: 1st Place finish:  $100.00 2nd Place finish:  $75.00 3rd Place Finish:  $50.00 Considering he's begun with a second place finish (only .009 out of first his only time in the car) and he's gong to compete in at least 11 of the 15 events we're expecting a good size contribution to the fight against childhood cancer at the season's end.
