Charity Promotion San Jose Festival of SPEED (The Loneliest Road Campaign)   The Festival of Speed will include a corporate charity challenge race (European style Go-Karts), car show, and professional lacrosse game benefitting pediatric cancer research and treatment improvement.   The Festival of Speed’s official website, WWW.SJFOS.COM, will provide more detailed information and keep you updated each week as to the status of participating car clubs and corporate sponsors.  In addition, Bryant Young, J.J. Stokes, Tom Rathman, other current and former 49ers and Raiders players as well as Vernon Glenn of KRON Channel 4 News will be participating in the Celebrity Go-Kart Challenge Race.  As an added bonus, Local sports team cheerleaders will be on hand for picture taking opportunities and autograph signing. We provide support of the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation as well as driving attention for neuroblastoma research and the Loneliest Road Campaign. San Francisco Region SCCA Father's Day Charity Autocross Teamed with the SCCA and a host of supporters Team COOPER puts on the second annual Father's Day Charity event. All the features of a Championship autocross event with an emphasis on increasing awareness and funding in the fight of childhood cancer. Got Guts at Thunderhill  Hoping to learn from their successes, we participate in Got Guts at Thunderhill to enhance our charity event organizational skills. We also get the opportunity to continue developing our performance driving skills. Auto Affair has become renowned in the San Francisco East Bay for organizing exotic and performance car shows to benefit charity. We participated in their performance display in the motorsports section with our friends and sponsor, Hooked on Driving's track day guru David Ray.
